We’re a small team, but a responsive one.

Minimums & Case Sizes
Minimum order.
6 cases or SKUS
Case sizes:
  • Retail Pouches = 6 units
  • Glass Jars = 4 units
  • Bulk Bags = 1 x 1lb (454g)
We believe our products work best for retailers when offered in variety – it creates a more appealing display and helps customers explore new flavors.
Backorders.
If anything is out of stock, we’ll contact you before shipping. You can choose to wait, swap, or skip that item.
Order Changes or Cancellations.
You have 24 hours to make changes before we start packing.

$15 for smaller orders

If your box arrives damaged, snap a few photos and let us know right away. We’ve got your back.
Payment Information
We accept pretty much anything that works for you:
  • E-transfer
  • Credit card (by phone or website)
  • Direct deposit
  • Pre-authorized debit
  • We can securely store your card on file for quick reorders
Invoices are due within 30 days. Need extended terms? Email wholesale@canadianspiceorganics.ca – we’re happy to work with you.
Refunds & Return Policy
We don’t issue direct refunds, but we’ll always do right by our retailers through store credit if needed.
Credit available for:
  • Expired product (see ‘Guaranteed Sale’)
  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item sent
  • Product recall or verified customer complaints
Let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. Photo documentation helps us speed things up.
No credit for:
  • Incorrectly received products
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Ordering errors

As part of our commitment to helping independent retailers bring high-quality organic spices to their shelves, Candice Spice Organics offers a Free Fill Starter Kit with no upfront cost.
Offer Includes:
One (1) full case each of our 6 most popular certified organic SKUs, selected for their high sell-through and broad customer appeal:
  1. Organic Ceylon Cinnamon

Retailers may choose their preferred format for each SKU: Glass Jars (4 units per case) or Retail Pouches (6 units per case).
Program Terms:
  • The offer is valid once per retailer location and applies only to first-time Candice stockists.
  • The introductory order can be returned for a free product refund and may be cancelled at anytime, without obligation.
  • Candice reserves the right to evaluate and approve eligibility before fulfilling the Free Fill Starter Kit.
  • The Free Fill Starter Kit cannot be combined with other promotions, such as the volume discount offer.
  • If you require product samples for personal testing, recipe development, or customer tastings (e.g., tea, demos), please email us at wholesale@canadianspiceorganics.ca before placing your order.
Product Refill & Reorder:
  • Following the free fill, all future orders are subject to standard wholesale pricing and shipping terms (see previous pages).
  • There is no obligation to reorder, and the program is designed to support risk-free product testing.
GUARANTEED SALE
We stand behind the quality and freshness of every jar and pouch we sell. That’s why we offer a Guaranteed Sale policy to support your success as a retail partner.
What’s Covered:
  • If any CanSpice product expires, we will replace it or issue a credit toward your next order — no questions asked.
  • This policy applies to all retailers, at all times, even on your first order.
What’s NOT Covered:
  • We do not offer replacements or returns for any reasons outside of expiration as per Guaranteed sale program ( other reasons outlined in Shipping & Returns Policy below)
  • We do not accept product returns due to slow sales after the final wholesale transaction has been completed.
