Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are packed within 2–3 business days after your confirmation email. You’ll receive a second email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
Shipping Rates (Canada)
  • Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD (subtotal, after discounts).
  • Calgary Flat Rate: $8
  • Everywhere else: Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are shipped from our Calgary-based, organic-certified facility using reliable carriers like Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, or UPS.
Local Pickup
Prefer to grab your order yourself? Just select «Local Pickup» at checkout. We’ll prepare your order within 1–3 business days and email you with pickup instructions once it’s ready.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email at info@canadianspiceorganics.ca with your order number, a quick description, and photos if applicable. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it—and keep you in the loop.
Refund & Return Policy
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. We’re happy to offer a refund for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible for Return
  • Unopened, unused items in original condition and packaging
  • Items purchased directly from canadianspiceorganics.ca
To start a return, email info@canadianspiceorganics.ca with:
  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • A brief reason for the return
Once approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Not Eligible for Return
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items that are opened, used, or not in original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers
Purchased from a local store or retailer?
Please contact them directly. Their return and refund policies will apply.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm the outcome. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
  • Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider
Exchanges
Need a different item? Just return the original (if eligible), and place a new order separately. We don’t currently process item-for-item exchanges.
